Stubborn Mule Windows, LLC ("we," "us," "the Mule") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it plain, because that's how we do everything.

• Information you give us. When you request an estimate, book an appointment, build a quote, apply for financing, or join our early list, we collect your name, phone number, email, home address, and details about the project you're describing.
• Website analytics. We measure our own website traffic using our own software — pages viewed, the general source of a visit (for example, a search engine or a social link), and an approximate, daily, non-identifying count of visitors.
• Ad measurement (Meta Pixel). To see whether our ads are working, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It sets cookies and shares certain activity on our site — such as pages viewed and actions taken — with Meta so we can measure and improve our advertising. You can limit this through your browser and device settings and your Meta ad preferences.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule your visit, prepare your quote, and complete your project.
• To send you appointment confirmations, project updates, and — only if you've asked for them — occasional updates about our services.
• To understand which of our own marketing efforts are working, in aggregate.

Text messages & email

If you give us your number, we may text you about your appointment or project. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out at any time. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. We only text or email you consistent with the consent you've given us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information — ever. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business (for example, our scheduling, email, payment, and financing partners), and only as needed to serve you, or when required by law.

Financing

If you choose to apply for financing, your application is handled by our financing partner under their own terms and privacy policy. We don't sell your data to lenders or lead marketplaces.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.

Security & children

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Our services are meant for homeowners; our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
