These terms cover your use of our website and the estimates and information we provide through it. By using the site, you agree to them.
Prices shown or built online are estimates based on the information provided and are not a binding contract. A firm price is confirmed after an in-home measurement, and any project only becomes an agreement when you sign a written contract with us. We honor one fair, upfront price — we don't do high-pressure discounting.
When you book a free in-home estimate, you're asking us to visit and provide a quote. There's no obligation to buy, and no charge for the estimate.
Any deposit and payment terms are set out in your signed contract. You have the cancellation rights provided by Tennessee and federal law, including the standard three-day right to cancel a home-solicitation sale, which will be stated in your contract.
Warranty terms for products and installation are provided with your contract. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer under their terms.
